RACE LINES 06: EDR FINALS & WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
France - Swiss
This season has been extremely long for me as I was racing since January and my Chile trip to Andes Pacifico. This made for a very exhausting 8 months of top level racing. Don’t get me wrong, I loved every second of it but the body started to show signs of tiredness. In Morillon I was fighting quite a bit of fatigue and couldn’t ride the way I wanted. Luckily, I managed to bounce back and perform at my standart level and secure P31.
All in all I believe that this season was a great success. Finished in 24th position overall, which is well inside that elusive TOP30 fastest men in the world. We brought a completely new frame at the beginning of the season and I raced it throughout the whole year with no issues. I am grateful for the opportunity to race at the world level and I am more hungry than ever to be prepared for next year!
What’s Next?
I have two more Czech races coming up during September and October, which will be a nice season finale. However, even though the race season is done, I will be even more busy with product development, media projects and much more! I will be reporting all notable events as usual! Media can be found & used on the link in e-mail.
Thanks for following our journey!
